♦Overview This machine cut the commutator outer diameter of the micro motor with a special shaving bite and removes burrs with a brush after cutting. This is a semi-automatic machine that executes the cutting cycle when the work piece is set on the diamond V-blocks and the start button is pressed.
The model handles shaft diameters from φ4mm to φ6mm.
♦Features 1) The machine can accept shafts having slightly different lengths.
2) Surface roughness according to the desired purposes can be obtained by changing the cutting speed through simple operations.
3) Conventionally, the cutting was performed with two machines for rough cutting and fine cutting. The adoption of two-stage cutting mechanism enabled rough and fine cutting in a single machine, thus reducing the loss time.

♦Overview This is a fully automated machine that feeds the motor that is set in the previous process into the machine through lift and carry, performs rough and fine cutting of the commutator, performs brushing to removes chips, and carries the work out of the machine.
♦Features 1) Cutting of commutator is performed by holding the shaft with the diamond V-blocks ensures the coaxiality of the shaft and the commutator.
2) Provision of the brushing mechanism enables removal of burr chips generated during cutting.
